Not all concrete or terrazzo has to be high-gloss. This concrete floor was mechanically polished to 200 grit, creating a modern matte finish with a subtle, natural sheen. Terrazzo can be polished to the same.
E&C Floor Care & Restoration is the only company in South Florida using this specialized process to strip, wax and maintain VCT, linoleum and sheet-vinyl floors. Our process can reduce chemical use by up to 95% and water use by approximately 70%, allowing us to work in sensitive environments such as hospitals, laboratories, ISO 9001 facilities and food-service areas.
